        Functional Responsibilities: &nbsp;Provides overall management  of multiple projects.&nbsp; Responsible for  development of high level requirements, cost estimates, and capable of managing  a multi-functional workforce.&nbsp; Must have  extensive knowledge of DoD communication systems and operations.&nbsp; Leads team members in the comprehensive  definition of all aspects of system development from analysis of mission needs  to verification of system performance.</p>
      <p> Minimum Experience:&nbsp; 8
        years</p>
      <p> Minimum Education:&nbsp;:&nbsp;  Bachelor's degree, Masters degree desired.&nbsp; Degrees may be substituted for  experience&nbsp; Masters = 1 year, PhD = 3  years</p>

      <p><strong>SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong><br>
        <br>
      Functional Responsibilities: Performs evaluations of existing procedures, processes,  techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or  contractual issues which would require a report and recommends solutions.&nbsp; Develops work breakdown structures, prepares  charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.&nbsp; Provides daily supervision and direction to  staff.&nbsp; Defines and directs tasks to be  performed by team members, defines target dates of tasks and subtasks.&nbsp; Provides guidance and assistance in  coordinating output and ensuring the technical adequacy of the end product.</p>
      <p> Minimum Experience:&nbsp;This position requires a minimum of six years  experience.&nbsp; General experience includes  increasing responsibilities in general accounting or management  activities.&nbsp; Must demonstrate the ability  to work independently or under only general direction.</p>
      <p> Minimum Education:&nbsp;A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, Information  Systems, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or other related scientific or  technical discipline.&nbsp; A Masters Degree  in the same fields listed above reduces experience from six years to four.&nbsp; A degree is not required with ten years of  related experience.</p>

      <p><strong>PROJECT MANAGER</strong><br>

      Functional Responsibilities:&nbsp;Provides management of task  orders related to DoD communications systems, IT systems, and collection and  monitoring technologies.&nbsp; Experienced in  managing technical personnel.&nbsp; Provides  cost, schedule and performance management of projects.&nbsp; Assists in the development of technical  specifications based on customer needs and requirements for ADP,  communications, collection, and processing.</p>
      <p> Minimum Experience:&nbsp;5 years</p>
      <p> Minimum Education:&nbsp;Bachelor's degree, Masters degree desired.</p>

      <p><strong>SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT</strong><br />
          <br />
        Functional Responsibilities:&nbsp;Provides government with  extensive expertise and practical expertise as it relates to DoD systems  including sensing technologies, data collection systems, and information  distribution.&nbsp; Provides technical  solutions to complex systems problems and analyzes vendor solutions.&nbsp; Analysis includes performance analysis and  suitablility with existing DoD systems.&nbsp;  Must be able to communicate technical information effectively in both  written and verbal forms.</p>
      <p> Minimum Experience:&nbsp;8 years in specialized  field</p>
      <p> Minimum Education:&nbsp;Bachelor's degree, Masters  degree desired.&nbsp; Additional technical  degrees in related field may be substituted for experience.&nbsp; Masters = 1 year, PhD = 3 years</p>

      <p><strong>SYSTEMS ANALYST</strong><br />
          <br />
        Functional Responsibilities:&nbsp;Provides government with extensive expertise and  practical expertise as it relates to DoD systems including sensing Assists customer in the planning and coordinating  acquisition and implementation of systems.&nbsp;  Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of workflow,  organization, and planning and develops appropriate corrective action.&nbsp; Applies business process improvement  practices to re-engineer methodologies/principles and business process  modernization projects.&nbsp; Analyzes  proposed and existing system used in processing applications in terms of data  communications and database management/structure, requirements and costs.&nbsp; Prepares studies and gives presentations on  current data communications concepts.&nbsp;  Identifies commercially available software applications to meet customer  requirements.&nbsp; Prepares functional  specifications for acquiring commercially available equipment.&nbsp; Directs systems analyses and feasibility  studies.</p>
      <p> Minimum Experience:&nbsp;A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, Information  Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific, technical, or  functional discipline.&nbsp; A Masters Degree  in the same fields listed above reduces experience from six years to four.&nbsp; A degree is not required with ten years of  related experience.</p>

        Functional Responsibilities:&nbsp;Provides government with  extensive expertise and practical expertise as it relates to DoD systems  including sensing Manages the development and  execution of data base projects.&nbsp;  Prepares and delivers presentations on data base management systems  (DBMS) concepts.&nbsp; Maintains and tailors  database to meet the requirements of a project.&nbsp;  Analyzes system applications in terms of data communications and  database management/structure, requirements and costs.&nbsp; Consults with user management to ensure that  problems are properly identified and solutions meet the requirements.</p>
      <p> Minimum Experience: This position requires a minimum of three years  experience.&nbsp; Must demonstrate the ability  to work independently or under only general direction.</p>
      <p> Minimum Education:&nbsp;A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in any field.&nbsp; A Masters Degree in any field listed above  reduces experience from six three to two.&nbsp;  A degree is not required with ten years of related experience.</p>

      <p><strong>APPLICATION SPECIALIST</strong><br />

        Functional Responsibilities:&nbsp;Provides government with  extensive expertise and practical expertise as it relates to DoD systems  including sensing Responsible for all administration  and management of customer specified software applications.&nbsp; Must be adept at problem definition and  resolution.&nbsp; Must be capable of  documenting software problems and recommended solution.&nbsp; The position will coordinate training classes  with the customer.&nbsp; Position requires  understanding of network hardware and software.&nbsp;  Responsible for the development of lesson plans, hand-outs, cheat sheets  and functional hands-on exercises of software and hardware that will meet the  users&rsquo; specific requirements.</p>
      <p> Minimum Experience: This position requires one year of experience.&nbsp; Must demonstrate the ability to work  independently or under only general direction.</p>
      <p> Minimum Education:&nbsp; A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in any field.&nbsp; An associated degree and five years general  experience may be substituted for a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree.&nbsp; Ten years general experience and a High  School Diploma may be substituted for a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree.</p></td>
